Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, the Speaker of Parliament, has officially declared that the Second Meeting of the First Session of the Ninth Parliament of the Fourth Republic will take place on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

In a statement released from his office on May 12, the Speaker confirmed that the House will reconvene at 10:00 a.m. at Parliament House in Accra.

This announcement adheres to Order 58 of the Standing Orders of the Parliament of Ghana, which requires the Speaker to notify members of upcoming parliamentary sessions.

This upcoming meeting signifies the return to parliamentary activities following a period of recess.
