In a bid to transform the land sector, Lands Minister Armah-Kofi Buah has established an 18-member committee to provide strategic guidance and expertise. The committee’s primary mandate is to support the government’s efforts to improve land administration and management in Ghana.At the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Minister George Mireku Duker underscored the significance of the committee’s role in addressing the land sector’s challenges. The committee’s composition reflects a diverse range of expertise, including land administration, law, and surveying.Through collaborative engagement with stakeholders, including traditional leaders, civil society organizations, and the private sector, the committee aims to develop practical and effective solutions to the complex challenges facing Ghana’s land sector.
