The District Chief Executive (DCE) for South Dayi District, *Hon. Courage Kwame Kokroko,* visited the site of one of the five legacy projects currently under construction at the Kpeve Market. The project, which is progressing swiftly, is part of the DCE’s commitment to improving infrastructure across the district.
During his visit, *Hon. Kokroko* interacted with the contractor, urging him to take the work seriously and expedite its completion. He emphasized his commitment to completing these legacy projects by year-end 2025, stating that he had sworn an oath in Parliament—during his engagement with the Committee on Local Government and Rural Development regarding the Annual Audit Statement—to see these projects through to completion.
Amid the visit, one of the workers asked him an intriguing question: _“Hon. DCE, what’s your secret to being so successful in your role as DCE?”_
In response, *_Hon. Courage Kokroko_* credited his success to his excellent working relationship with the Hon. Member of Parliament for South Dayi Constituency, *Rockson-Nelson Kwame Etse Dafeamekpor Esq.,* who also serves as the Majority Chief Whip.
_”Look, my people,”_ *Hon. Kokroko* said, _”because of *Hon. Rockson-Nelson Dafeamekpor,* MP for South Dayi Constituency and Majority Chief Whip, all things are permissible and possible for me. I am grateful to work closely with him. Thank you all for your support in diverse ways.”_
The DCE concluded his remarks by expressing his gratitude and inspiring the workers with the message: _“Together, all things are possible.”_
