Reports reaching Ghwebonline indicates a fire broke out at Dansoman Market early this morning. The cause is still unknown, but firefighters are working to put it out.

Regional Fire Officer ACFO Rashid Kwame Nisawu told Fire Service TV that the fire started at 12 am on November 26, 2025, and they got there just 2 minutes later. 8 fire trucks were sent to the scene to stop the fire from spreading.

The officer mentioned they’re struggling with getting enough water and people getting in the way of the firefighters.
