Ghana’s Council of State: A Body of Eminent Citizens Advising the PresidentThe Council of State is a distinguished group of Ghanaian citizens who provide counsel to the President on matters of national significance. Elected Members

The council consists of 16 elected members, each representing one of Ghana’s regions. These members are chosen by their respective regional houses of chiefs and are typically prominent traditional leaders, entrepreneurs, or professionals in their fields. Appointed Members
